 O rings, an efficient, effective and economical product for sealing can be used in static as well as dynamic applications. With a variety of materials being used, O Rings have been widely accepted as a sealant not only for liquids but also for gaseous matter.
O Rings can be manufactured as per customer’s requirement in sizes ranging from 5mm to 1000mm ID and in thickness upto 500mm for applications in various sectors including automobile, engineering and others. Sizes as per American, Canadian, Indian and British Standards can also be supplied.

Seals
Hydraulic seals including Chevron, Rod-Piston seals, U / V / W / Y seals, Wiper Seals, Compact Seals, Step Seals, Dust Seals, U / V cup Seals for Oil-Water-Air-Steam can be manufactured as per Customer’s specification / drawing / sample . Seal-kits for certain machineries of JCB, L&T, Tata Hitachi, JD, CAT,L&T Komatsu, Volvo, Escorts, Daewoo, Samsung, Wipro & UT can also be supplied.
Oil Seals (Type A,B & C) can be manufactured in any size as per technical drawing / sample apart from standard oil seals. Common applications include in gear boxes, axles, engine, wheels and others.
Diaphragms
Used extensively in pharmaceutical / food / chemical industry to maintain a high standard of purity and cleanliness can be manufactured in sizes from 12mm to 800mm. PTFE being most ideally suited for pump and valve diaphragms because of its chemical resistance and minimum maintenance requirement.
Products manufactured from rubber are not limited to the ones mentioned herein. We can manufacture any rubber product as per sample / technical specifications.
