Composition :-
Reinforcing Resin 205C is Thermoplastic resin modified with cashew nut oil. Soluble is most organic solvents, insoluble in water.

Usage :-        

1. Applicable in tyre as reinforcing agent.       
2. Effectively increases hardness and improve the properties of tyre sidewall as reforming the process ability.

SG202 is the equivalent of SP1045 of the SI group.
Chemical Name - P-Tert-Octylphenol Formaldehyde Resins
It is insoluble in water, soluble in benzene, toluene, solvent gasoline, acetone etc.

It is an effective vulcanisation agent for low unsaturation elastomer, esp. IIR and EPDM and an be applied in heat resistant and chemical resistant rubber goods, including curing tire bladder, curing envelopes, curing inner tubes, curing flaps, pharmaceutical stopper, TPE, insulative PSA.

Characteristic :- Flammable, odorless. Soluble in alcohols, ketones and esters. (Equivalent product SP6701 - Schenectady)
   
Usage :-       

1. As reinforcing agent for NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM and CR.       
2. Main reinforcing agent for treads and sidewalls of tyre, for sho soles, window sealing strip of cars, rubber rollers etc.   
   
   It improves hardness,tear resistance, abrasion resistance, tensile strength and reduces the mooney viscosity and prolongs the scorch time.   

SG-201 (Brominated p-tert octylphenol Formaldehyde Resin) are equivalent of SP1055, SP1056 of SI Group. It is insoluble in water, soluble in benzene, toluene, solvent gasoline, acetone, etc.
